Recently I read an article on Yahoo.com that was naming the most affluent neighborhoods in America. Well, Southlake, TX is number one on the list. The median income in Southlake is about $173,000 a year. Southlake is booming even in the midst of this economy. It just goes to show you how great our market is still doing here locally. Even though Chicken Little is screaming, the sky really isn't falling despite what our wonderful media is saying. Right now is the best time to buy a house. Everything is on SALE!!
